    This is for adults who want more than a one-hour workout. We work on strength, mobility, posture, stability, pain reduction, movement quality, and building a body that feels stronger and more capable in daily life.

    Sessions are available in-home, in hotel or condo gyms, outdoors, or in select partner spaces.

    A one-time session to assess your movement, goals, and next best steps.

    Hybrid Private Coaching Starter — $460

    4 private sessions plus app access and personalized programming to follow between sessions.

    Hybrid Private Coaching Membership — $840/month

    8 private sessions plus app access and personalized programming for continued progress, accountability, and structure.
